What is the check-in time?
The check-in time is 1:30 PM. Reservations are held until 5 PM (Philippine time), unless a deposit or a credit card payment has been made. Fail to arrive on the expected date without prior notice, a NO SHOW fee equivalent to one (1) night charged.
What is the check-out time?
The check-in time is 12:00 noon. Guest at the Superior Gold Rooms are allowed until 3 PM late check out.
Do you have a promo for group booking?
Please contact us for quotation and group booking discounts.
Are room prices inclusive of service charge and taxes?
Rates are inclusive of service charge and government tax unless specified. Guarantee payment is required for all confirmed reservations.
